Here at Shangrila we will not limit the number of alts a player may
play, mainly because we do not wish to restrict the creativity of our players
and force them to commit to one or two characters. However, having numerous
alts can often times restrict how much time a player may spend developing a
particular character if they already have several other alts as well. Also
bear in mind that this is a /priviledge/. Being allowed to have as many alts
as one wishes does not give a player the license to go out and act like a jerk,
only to ditch that particular alt and make another, giving them anonimity with
a new anonymous character. Such a practice, or similar abuse of this policy,
will quickly gain the attention of staff and that player will soon find their
unlimited alt allowance being dwindled to three, then one and then...none.
