Council Members - Given the title of Duke or Duchess:
Council members council the Prince and are in charge of the general
governing of the city. They are the eyes and ears of the goings on within
the city itself and their collective voices offers the Prince great insight.
Tower Chamberlain - Given the title Marquis or Marchioness:
The Chamberlain oversees all the pleasure facilities in the city,
anyone wishing to open a public establishment must get the authorization from
him/her ICly.
Slaver's Guild - Given the title Count or Countess:
The head of the slaver's guild oversees the distribution of slaves
and the Processing Plant itself. The Slaver Head generally has one or two
Barons to oversee the numerous caravan trips through the portal.
