High Priestess:
Revered Priestess of the Temple of Oblivion, the only one with the
knowledge of how to open the portal which is the main source of her power.
She oversees the general workings of the slaves in the city and the temple
itself. The head of the slaver's guild reports directly to her. Without her,
the city would once again be sealed and thus, her position is assured, until
such a time as a citizen displays the talent of powering the portal as well.
Prince:
The Prince rules over the citizens of Shangrila. He is also the general
overseer of the Pleasures and Gold Mine District, the heads of the Pleasure
district and Gold Mine report directly to him.
